properties. During our trip, we give you information about the area, and there is no problem
if you change your criteria. We will find other options for you.

We can offer you legal representation once you decide to buy a property. Before signing a
purchase contract, we check the legal status of the property. We also apply for your NIE,
set up water and electricity contracts, and basically do everything to put the property in your name,
guaranteeing a smooth buying process.

After you bought your amazing property with us, we are still here for you.Whether it
comes to buying furniture, whitegoods, repairs, or modifications to your property,
just call us and our after-sales team will contact you. No need to start looking for a plumber, electrician, locksmith, etc. We will make all arrangements for you.
