The house type Sara is a villa (original), as designed by the architect. Here you have everything in one area. All rooms have their own exit to the pool and garden area. So there is a nice flow in the design. There is diversity in Elche.

In La marina there are no tall buildings, so the whole area has a calmness and comfort that affects both body and mind. Almost all the streets are adorned with orange trees and La Marina is neat and clean all year round. The house itself is located in the middle of La marina in one of the best and most sought after streets. Here you are only 300 m from the closest of the 4 shopping centers (mall areas) where you have restaurants, bars and stores, the next area is 600 m away, the next is 1350 m away and the furthest is 2500 m away. More than 70 restaurants, bars, 6 grocery stores, mobile market Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. There is a separate emergency room and police station here. Even Burger King has located here, so it probably says a little how popular this place is.
